Our vision
Our products hope to develop protein products by saving and making full use of the pale, soft and exudative-like chicken meat, fully discovering protein resources, and solving the waste of meat raw materials. In the long term, we plan to establish a biotechnology company to adjust the flavor of original poultry meat products and improve meat quality by selling modified sarcoplasmic proteins.
Our solution
We aim to recycle the chicken exudated water protein and make it into a protein fortifier that can be used to supplement other protein products, such as sausages and chicken breasts. Our project is novel and unique, with a wide range of raw materials, low price, resource conservation, waste utilization and other characteristics. At present, there is no protein fortifier made from this material in the world, so we have a broad market prospect obviously.
Our market
Our target customers are large-scale poultry importers such as Tricon Global Restaurant,Inc. and Cargill. On the one hand, the prices of our products are comparable to existing poultry suppliers. On the other hand, through ISP processing, we can improve the quality of our products. Our products can make full use of leftovers from the previous processing of poultry meat products to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.
About the team
Our team have developed a kind of protein supplements recovered by PH-shifting technology from chicken exudate . Through joining in WUR RETHINK PROTEIN, we believe that all of our team members could work together and have a better understand of food science especially for protein research. What's more, we may share our idea with international friends in divergent regions and universities, changing our idea for the better.
