Our vision

Nowadays, Vegetarianism is becoming more and more popular. Compared to other people, vegetarians are more prone to lack on Proteins, Calcium, Iron, Zinc, Vitamins, etc.. White Button Mushrooms are rich in Proteins, Vitamin D and Vitamin B12, which can meet the nutrients vegetarians lack. We will develop a Protein beverage based on White Button Mushrooms, divided into liquid and solid, and even meet the Protein demand for the growing population on a global scale.

Our solution

We propose this solution : We will develop a main Protein beverage based on White Button Mushrooms, to meet the Protein demand of the growing population, especially for vegetarians. White Button Mushrooms possess quality Protein which is equivalent to milk's, and contain high Vitamin D. In addition, market needs can be addressed easily due to the short growth cycle, consistent production. Furthermore, The production of meat and dairy products will bring great pressure on the environment, while some agricultural waste can be compost to cultivate White Button Mushroom, which is more friendly to the environment.

Our market

The targeted population are vegetarians. At present, there are two main needs of such groups in the market. One is their relatively simple dietary structure of vegetarians, leading to the lack of certain nutrients in the human body, which may lead to memory decline, anemia and other diseases, the other is fewer types of food available for them to choose on the market. Our product's aim is to make up for the failing nutrients for the population, and provide them with more diverse food choices, by providing a beverage rich in Proteins, Vitamin D, Vitamin B12 and other nutrients.
