The challenge

The consumer transition from consuming meat to consuming far more sustainable plant proteins faces its biggest obstacles in taste and cultural acceptance. As the amount of meat consumed per capita increases across most parts of the world, unsustainable levels of animal farming increase, causing environmental degradation and public health threats.

The solution

Our goal is to convince consumers that they can derive a similar experience from consumption of plant-based meats, while simultaneously reaching a competitively low price point on our product, by creating a product that has a relatively short list of ingredients, a high protein content, and above all excellent flavor.
