Many algae are a great source of protein and contribute to a healthy diet. They neither require fertile soil nor fresh water to grow. In addition, they grow relatively fast. One downside, however, is that it has a strong taste and it is a goo which is unattractive to the general public. If we transform this unattractive goo to powder, how can we then include this in our diet?
